Recording a full Industrial Doom Album on Android / Chrome OS only. Google can you Help me make this Happen

I want to try and record a full album on Chrome Pixel C/ Chrombook . I sent Google a Proposal last week and waiting to see if they will send me a pixel C as I ahve a Toshiba Chromebook to do this it will be Industrial doom noise album I will write a blog and do videos along the way .. I think is would be amazing press for them and go way to get the word out that we can do with mobile / Cloud devices only in 2016.. what are my musician friends thoughts.
